Where we ship
Rink Shift ships worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us at rinkshift.info@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. Every order is shipped insured.

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount. If you're unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, public holidays, weather or other events beyond our control don't entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation, though we'll always help you track your parcel.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We're not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your parcel is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may involve additional shipping costs.
